ROSE AND LINDA'S JOURNAL CHANGES

We read in the Bible that God does not change.  Yes He does give people a chance to get it right, but His Word is never-changing.  We Believe in the true inspired Word of God.  We also respect those beliefs outside our own, those that stand on those beliefs and are not wishy=washy.  We are trying to be real here.  How can you change your beliefs in the middle of the road?   They either are right or they are wrong.

What exactly does the word Christian mean anyway?  Many people who stand solid on their beliefs that Jesus Christ is the only way to be saved, do not realize that other beliefs that do not take this stand are also called Christians.

As we grow in the Lord, as our views line up with Him and not the world, it is us that changes not His Word.   Unless that belief is wrong to begin with.

We have said it more times then we can count:  If you will lie to me about one thing, then what else will you lie to me about.  This is our salvation we are talking about.

We are not, repeat, not talking about revelation, having our eyes opened to new understanding.  We are talking about the Beliefs, but then again maybe it is because it has been traditions that have been followed all along, instead of the Word.  And traditions do change.  Growing up the tradition in our family was to open one gift on Christmas Eve, now in my own family we open all the gifts.  We changed our tradition.

When are people going to open their eyes.  We know to many people who stay in buildings [yes we refuse to call them churches] even though they know the teachings are wrong because Momma went there.

Come to think about it, when you look at all this, it is quite easy to see why many people just do not attend any of these buildings, they can see the lies.  What they end up missing is the fellowship that comes from meeting with other Believers.  Gee I wonder is that why Jesus met in homes and fields.  Yes we know He spoke in temples, but usually it was not arranged meetings, but people following after Him, that turned into gatherings.  Maybe He had the right idea.

We just want you to think about the changes you see happening, and as always ask questions, seek after the Lord, and pray.  Are you really where you need to be to grow into all that God wants you to be?  What it is really about is having a close personal relationship with Him.  Where can you be to grow into this person He created you to be?

Change can be good.  Changing your self for the better is great.  Remembering that we have to line up with God, not Him with us, is the greatest change you can made.  Not by changing His Word.

Have a Blessed Day in the Lord Jesus Christ
