ROSE AND LINDA'S JOURNAL

Wonderful Jesus has blessed me with a family in my back yard..  A beautiful red cardinal and his lovely brown wife come each day to look for bits and pieces for a nest it appears they are building in the tree right outside the windows of my house.  Cardinals have always been a special gift God has shown me to say He loves me.  Whenever I have problems and am down, here comes my beautiful red cardinal.  Today though it was the wife that touched my heart strings.  As her husband just sat there, watching over her, she looked over numerous items before carefully picking a choice twig to take to her nest.  We also need to take time to look over what is before us to make sure we make the right choice.  It might not have been a donkey speaking to me, but God used one of His creations to remind me today to take my time and pick only the best from what is before me.
