FAITH IN GOD WILL GUIDE YOUR UNDERSTANDING THROUGH HIS WORD

Pause your thoughts for a moment and meditate on the following scripture, allowing the Holy Spirit to open your heart and understanding; FAITH IN GOD WILL GUIDE YOUR UNDERSTANDING THROUGH HIS WORD; we must not be afraid to share what God has instilled in our hearts.
“Show me Lord, my life’s end and the number of my days; let me know how fleeting my life is. You have made my days a mere handbreadth; the span of my years is nothing before you. Everyone is but a breath, even those who seem secure. Surely everyone goes around like a mere phantom; in vain they rush about, heaping up wealth without knowing whose it’ll finally be.” (Psalm 39:4-6, NIV)
What is it we seek in life as we awake each day and lie down at the close of the day to rest? Many will accomplish certain task, reach certain goals yet still feel incomplete. The cycle becomes one in which daily life becomes an obsession to get more, this can become a compulsive trait for some; whereas, others will seek wisdom and direction from their higher power as they methodically tackle each task in faith. Moving with FAITH IN GOD WILL GUIDE YOUR UNDERSTANDING THROUGH HIS WORD when you allow him to be the guiding force in all you seek to accomplish; as a reminder, he has said “he will never leave nor forsake you.”
Jesus says, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me…for what profit is it to a man if gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or, what will a man give in exchange for soul?” (Matthew 16:24-26 NKJV)
There is great debate among many who do not fully comprehend the true meaning of God’s Word; therefore, they tend to add their own “twist” to fit their way of thinking. In order to understand what it is God offers each of us we must begin with faith. While seeking understanding, FAITH IN GOD WILL GUIDE YOUR UNDERSTANDING THROUGH HIS WORD. Scripture reminds us through these words, ‘my people die from lack of knowledge.’
Meditating on God’s word day and night; to ponder it, memorize it, to speak it, to get it in your heart and soul are key ways of gaining understanding of how the Holy Spirit feeds that wisdom and understanding. Scripture reminds us through the words of Jeremiah when God said, “Call me and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know (Jeremiah 33:3 KJV). Therefore, by remaining diligent in search of understanding, always remember that FAITH IN GOD WILL GUIDE YOUR UNDERSTANDING THROUGH HIS WORD.
