WORD OF WISDOM
GIFT ~ Simply a thing given (Matthew 7:11; Luke 11:13; Ephesians 4:8); sacrifical (Matthew 5:23, 24; 8:4); eleemosynary{ALMS, of, relating to, or supported by charity} (Luke 21:1); a gratuity (John 4:10; Acts 8:20). In Acts 2:38 the generic word dorea is rendered "gift." It differs from the charisma (1 Corinthians 12:4) as denoting not miraculous powers but the working of a new spirit in men, and that spirit from God
This week we have been looking at scriptures that we can pray on to have spiritual insight. What we have received from God is the most precious gift that can be given to anyone. This gift, the salvation of Christ, is not something to go home and sit and ponder over, and leave at home when you go out into the world. It is a gift that you ponder and study then you go into the world to share with all.
I pray that each of you have many times sat and pondered over the amazing grace that set you free, and gave praise to the Lord for rescuing us from where we were. Oh to sit and tell the Lord how thankful we are for His grace, His forgiveness, His many blessings in our life.
Spiritual insight is desiring to grow. It is taking authority over the devil and binding him in any way he might try to hinder you from carrying this message to the world. It is being a laborer to take the message of Jesus Christ to any and everyone that we meet. It is our inheritance, which is rich indeed. It is being filled with all wisdom and understanding walking fully pleasing to the Lord. It is being rooted and built up in Christ. Established in faith, confident that He will complete the work that He has started in you.
The scripture in Ephesians 1:17 says ‘may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. It does not say give you wisdom, but the Spirit of. Verse 18 says ‘that you may know what is the hope of His calling,’ what is His calling in your life? It might be as a pastor, teacher, or even a janitor, but your main job duty is to share the Word of God, too reach others whatever your calling.
Father I pray that each person reading this will be rooted and built up in You, that today they will reach others, that their territory will be enlarged. Thank You in Jesus Name, Amen.
God Bless,

THINK ON THIS
There is no detour to holiness. Jesus came to the Resurrection
through the cross, not around it.
