THE COMFORTER

Think of a baby fed, dry, warm but crying. What do you do? Give it a pacifier. The comfort of the pacifier will settle the child down, and feeling secure the child will rest peacefully. Our counselor, our helper, our comfort. It is winter and you are cold, a woollen scarf or a warm quilted bedcover, will give you comfort. All these things provide comfort.

In understanding the meaning of a word we can look many places. In the Bible the Word tells us that the Holy Spirit does the following for us: filled, shall come upon thee; was upon him; shall teach you, was given; receive; in the comfort; poured out; sent forth; seemed good; witnesseth; hath made you overseers; well spoke; peace adn joy; bearing me witness; sanctified; which is in you; by kindness; communion; power; which dwelleth in us; miracles adn gifts; and moved by.

The Holy Spirit lives inside each one of us. He is their for each one of us. How much time do yu spend with Him? How can we spend time with Him?

God Bless
