GOOD GOD

As I lie awake,

My mind cannot rest.

My heart, it weighs heavy

As I silently confess

Forgiveness is the remedy

And the key to the test.

Sigth to the blind

Realizing we're blessed

It's thanks we give graciously,

And pour out ones soul.

God's love fills in the space,

Where there once was a hole.

When God made each one of us,

He broke the mold.

Everlasting, eternity-

When we do what He's told

Stand up and be proud

Tell everyone you can

I am a child of God,

Not just a child of  man
