I read that today and the rest of it said 'Father God is preparing me one day at a time.'  I wanted to cry out honey you don't know the half.  God is not finished with any of us.  He is working on each one of us with every breath we take out of our bodies.  Oh and for the record she used Caps for God, which I don't see a lot do.  

If any one who is waiting to get right could see behind the scenes they would see that all of us have areas in our life's that certainly could use some work.  God though is using us where we are, because He knows our hearts and knows that we are trying.

So if you are waiting to get right then you don't know what you are missing.  In spite of the things that are not right in my life I sit here everyday and write.  God does not stop the talents and abilities He has given us to serve Him, just because we have an area that is not spic and span.  No honey He uses us right where we are while He is working on us.

Forgiving ourselves is one of the biggest problems we see in ministry.  It is only in forgiving ourselves that we can allow the Lord to use us even as we are.  If we try to wait until we are right or He is finished with us, well it is not going to happen.  

What I do admire about you is you admitted it, now that you have done that forgive yourself and step forward into the plan He has for your life.

I promise if you ask any of the people on here or anywhere if they are right completely with God, they will tell you no, they are not perfect.  They are all works in progress.  But they can pray, sing, heal, preach, teach because God knows their hearts. 

Start right where you are and keep going forward, and you will see that if you seek Him, read and study His word, changes will happen and you can and will be used by Him just as we are. 

All of us have sinful past that God has delivered us from.  But we still sin.  The joy of the Lord  fills us and by asking Jesus Christ to be our Lord and Savior we receive so many promises that He has for us. One is that when we do sin, we can go to our Father and ask forgiveness and believe us when we say He forgets, He forgets.
